SDA refers to accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions, including assisting with the delivery of supports that cater for their extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
Our mission is to provide you with accommodation that suits your individual needs while enabling you to reach your personal growth as you pursue your dreams in a positive and uplifting environment. Everything we do is of the highest quality and with a person-centred approach.
We have homes that cater to residents that vary in age and level and nature of the disability. To us, a home is more than the house you live in. It's about making as space your own and having the right support. We know that getting the right support worker is non-negotiable.

All our support workers are screened for our core values:
  1. A client-centric mindset
  2. Hard work
  3. Integrity
  4. Adaptability
  5. A problem-solving mindset
